The first 10 years of Lindsay’s career was spent managing the growth of small businesses. In 2001, she moved across to communication leadership positions in multinational organizations and since then has gained international communications experience across the energy, IT, and telecommunications industries.
Her curiosity in communications and the social sciences, combined with her own observations on how people interact in business led her to conceive and develop Mirror Mirror. Previous entrepreneurial interests include running a communications project management consultancy Bogaard Arena in 2004, and pioneering the UK’s first city-to-city car sharing agency for students, Freewheelers in 1992.
Lindsay is an Accredited Business Communicator with the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC); a certified member of the Reputation Institute; she has a Creative Arts degree (Northumbria University), and post-graduate diplomas in International Business Management (Kingston University), and Broadcast Journalism (Sunderland University).
Stephen works with organisations to help them align their people behind strategy and get the most from their leaders. And leaders get the most from their teams. Formerly Director and Partner of The Hay Group, he focuses on supporting organisations in areas such as change, culture, communication, and employee engagement.
Alongside his role with Mirror Mirror, his projects include supporting leadership communications at a global semiconductor company, developing business simulations for a pharmaceutical company, and customer research for a carbon trading business. He is a coach and advisor to leaders, helping them improve how they lead their teams and translate organizational context into day-to-day team working. In the early stage of his career, Stephen worked in Communications and Market Research.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts, a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and a Certified Member of the UK Market Research Society. Stephen has a degree in Political Science from the Université d’Ottawa.
Jeremy has been designing and delivering top team profiling, leadership, and talent development consultancy programmes across a number range of sectors worldwide since 2004. In 2006, he launched 3 Minute Mile to help people and organizations realise their peak potential.

Having studied with Dr Robert & Dr Joyce Hogan, as well as Rob Kaiser of Kaiser Leadership Solutions, Jeremy’s practice is informed by 10 years of commercial leadership experience in building high performing teams and influencing across cultures to turn around failing businesses.
Jeremy studied Biology & Psychology combined honours at McMaster University, he holds a postgraduate diploma in Organizational Behaviour, and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London.
Saira is a coach and principal consultant for 3 Minute Mile, specialising in leadership development, talent management, organisational effectiveness, and executive coaching.
Her main areas of focus are leadership and team development, workshop facilitation, and interpersonal effectiveness. She also carries out executive assessment for selection and development purposes, writing bespoke reports for clients and delivering developmental feedback to senior leaders.
Saira has coached at senior levels in the engineering, construction and financial services industries in the private sector. She is accredited in the Hogan suite of assessments and the Leadership Versatility Index, and by the International Coach Federation. She is also a certified Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, and is Level A and B qualified in occupational testing, frequently using psychometric assessments to raise a client’s understanding of how their personality, values and behaviours impact on their reputation and performance.
Sebastián is a HR Consultant specializing in high potential identification, engagement, and retention. He has a strong background in leadership assessment, with more than 8 years’ experience working with fortune 500 organisations.
He also has extensive experience of delivering assessments, competencies-based interviews and feedback interviews for recruitment, providing assessment and development centres, developing competency frameworks and customizing reports.
From 2007 – 2014 Sebastián worked as Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at Universidad del Salvador, and as Chief of Practical Works in Epistemology of Social Sciences at CAECE University during 2009. Sebastián is a Licensed Psychologist (Honours degree), a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society, is accredited in the Hogan suite of assessments, and is currently completing an MSc in Occupational Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London.
